1. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are accepted within 2 days of delivery.
  • Products must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and in original condition with tags and packaging intact.
  • A flat exchange fee of ₹200 is applicable for all exchanges.
  • Exchanges are available only once per order.

2. Eligible Reasons for Exchange

Exchanges are facilitated only in the following cases:

  • Product received is damaged
  • Product received is defective
  • Incorrect size or wrong item delivered

To initiate an exchange:

  • Contact us within 2 days of receiving the order
  • Share clear photos/videos of the product as proof
  • Exchange requests without proof will not be accepted

3. Conditions Applicable for Exchange

  • Products purchased during sales, promotions, or using discount coupons are exchangeable with an exchange fee.
  • Accessories, shades, and add-on items are non-exchangeable.
  • If the delivered size matches the order but does not fit, the exchange is chargeable.
  • If the exchange is requested due to change of mind, the exchange is chargeable.
  • Items showing signs of use, damage, stains, or altered in any way will not be accepted for exchange.

4. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
  • Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible.
  • To request cancellation, contact us immediately after placing the order.

5. Refund Policy

  • Seadream does not offer refunds.
  • We provide exchange only, as per the conditions mentioned above.
  • No refunds will be issued for cancelled, returned, or exchanged orders.

6. Important Notes

  • Exchanges are accepted only for products purchased directly from www.seadream.co.in.
  • Seadream reserves the right to approve or reject exchange requests based on product condition and policy compliance.
  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
